Like many of you, as we end one season and embark upon another, Peter and I take a moment to step back and reflect.
After this turbulent and fast-paced year, we find ourselves reflecting a little more than in the past (or perhaps we are just getting older) — a little more about our products, our people, our business partners; a little more about the challenges we faced and overcame; a little more about the goals we realized and the opportunities we missed; and most importantly, a great deal more about our customers.
In reflecting upon the many facets of our complex and challenging business, a common thread unites and informs them all: our passion and our purpose. It is this passion and purpose that gives us pride and satisfaction in what we do each day. We love walking around a city or driving through a residential neighborhood and spotting a Campania product. Inevitably, a photo is taken and a text is shared, often with the tag line, “Wow!” In fact, our families and friends grow tired of us pointing and shouting “Campania” every 25 steps while walking through New York, Charleston, Denver, or any place our travels may take us.
Of course, the pride we have in seeing Campania products beautifully displayed throughout the country would not be possible without you. It is this enduring partnership with our customers which inspires and compels us to make beautiful Campania products and to continually strive for excellence in all aspects of our business. Without your support, encouragement, and of course, friendship, all of this would not be possible. Each new season brings us fresh opportunities to strengthen our partnerships and celebrate the artistry, craftsmanship, and innovation that define Campania. This year is no exception.
One of the most significant milestones realized at Campania over the past year is our new approach to our catalog and, correspondingly, the launch of our new website, www.campaniainternational.com. First the sad news; as we were approaching 1,000+ pages it was no longer an option to publish our full biennial catalog. Therefore, we decided to publish a product “lookbook” each year, which highlights our new introductions. Our full catalog can be viewed online at www.campaniainternational.com/pages e-catalog. This approach gives us the opportunity to update our offerings throughout the year and, more practically, weight training is no longer a requirement for our customers and sales professionals!
Our new Campania website was designed to optimize user-interface and experience. This enhanced platform offers seamless access to our entire product portfolio of over 2,500 unique designs, making it easier than ever to explore, select, and place an order from anywhere and at any time of day or night. Our new website, which includes customer specific portals, is your personal gateway to the full breadth of Campania’s offerings, complete with detailed specifications, CAD downloads, order tracking, and inspiring imagery. As always, our Campania team is at the ready for any assistance you may need in navigating the new site.
As you know, Campania’s reputation is rooted in our commitment to authentic craftsmanship. Our Cast Stone Collection continues to be proudly designed and manufactured entirely in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, where our dedicated artisans blend old-world traditions with American innovation to create pieces of lasting beauty. Simultaneously, our Vietnam facility stands as a testament to our global vision and passion for excellence. Drawing on Vietnam’s rich heritage of ceramic artistry, our team produces the finest and most innovative glazed pottery to meet the evolving and exacting needs of our customers. This dual commitment — to American made cast stone and world-class Vietnamese ceramics — ensures that every Campania product embodies the highest standards of quality and design.
