Glenn has been with Campania since February 2004. The ultimate extroverted introvert and pragmatic dreamer. Campania's chief concrete frog maker loves enjoying his first coffee of the day while walking through the factory catching up with his team.

Peter's family started Campania in 1983 as an adjunct to their family garden center in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Other than a 13-year hiatus practicing law, Peter has worked in the business since he was 11 years old. Now in his 25th year as a Creative Director, Peter continues to innovate and create. Peter refuses to pick a favorite product as "It would be unfair to choose a favorite among one's children."

Dennis has been working at Campania since January 2014 and currently has the pleasure of overseeing our Garden Center customers, Trade sales, and our team of sales representatives. Campania's self-titled Man of Many Hats, though it would be more appropriate to call him the man of many shoes. Dennis is a bit of a sneaker head from growing up in Philadelphia during the age of early 90's hip hop. He is an impassioned golfer who can't putt to save his life, a huge Philadelphia sports fan, lover of anything that comes out of a food truck and designated as his family's homemade pizza maker. Dennis' mini goldendoodle, OB, will cuddle with anyone and makes him laugh. Red wine is superior to white. It's hard for a Gemini to pick a favorite anything, let alone a singular Campania item from our diverse range of products, but Dennis would single out the line of Girona water features. Simple and classy, just like Ron Burgundy.

Katie has been working for Campania since June 2005. Katie loves spending her free time at her mountain home at Lake Wallenpaupack and trips to the Outer Banks. Mother of two and "Gigi" to one.

Juan Carlos has been working for Campania since July 2002. Juan Carlos is a huge soccer fan and father of three, two loving girls, and one loving boy.

Ashley has been with Campania since February 2015. She is a list making, book reading, crafter and a mom of two adorable, energetic children.

Mimi has been a valued member of the Campania team since 1995. While today Campania has an office team of over 30 employees, when Mimi started 27 years ago the entire office staff consisted of only 5 people. Needless to say, Mimi has capably filled many and varied roles throughout her tenure and has been instrumental in Campania's evolution to a major garden industry leader. Mimi currently heads the HR department and when not spending time with her 3 delightful grandchildren, she can be found calling bingo and donating her time to supporting her local volunteer fire company.

Kim has been with Campania since April 2008. When not managing our Customer Service teams, Kim can be found enjoying time with her family on camping vacations.

Kim's Favorite Product: Andalusia Fountain

Rob has been at Campania since October 2023. Rob came to Campania after working as the Corporate Controller for 20 years at his previous employer. Outside of work, Rob and his wife enjoy watching their oldest daughter perform in musicals and going to their two youngest daughters' soccer matches. Rob is also a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan.
